2 1/4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup cane sugar
1 vanilla bean, split, seeds scraped
2 cups low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup fresh cranberries
